I am happy to inform you that Cochin International Airport Ltd (CIAL), one of India’s profitable PPP airports is jointly organising an international conference in May 2009 at CIAL in association with PDA Trade Fairs organisers of India’s premier & pioneering airport industry event, “AERODROME INDIA ”.

The conference is being organised with the title “AIRPORT AS A BUSINESS CENTRE” and theme “Sustainable Startegies to develop airport as a Business Centre”

The objective of this conference is to provide a platform for all airport operators to meet, interact and deliberate on various revenue models and options which would enable to run airports profitably. In my opinion, this conference is being organised at the most appropriate moment when the airport operators are looking for avenues to augment airport revenues, both direct and indirect.
